General Information

Dear Fellow Golfers,

Welcome to a new golf season.  As this newsletter goes to press, spring flooding is predicted to be a concern.  Please be patient as the golf course recovers from the winter and a wet spring.

Last year's course improvements included a new bunker on hole #1.  Improvements were also made around the #1 and #10 tee boxes.  Twenty new pine trees were also planted.  These additional trees not only improve the aesthetics of the course, but also allow for better definition and strategy to the playability of the course.

This year's improvement goals are painting the clubhouse and additional landscaping around the building.  Senior tee boxes will also be added.  There will be some irrigation updates, and we are looking at options to improve playability and traffic problems on #4.

Member Incentive Program:

Bring a guest(s) out to golf three different times this summer and be eligible for a $100 drawing.

We genuinely appreciate all of your feedback so please do not hesitate to let us know if we can make your golfing experience a more enjoyable one.

We invite you to consider Pine Hills Golf Course for your next special outing; graduation and birthday parties, anniversary and reunion celebrations.  Tournament formats and menu options are available.  Food may also be catered by the Lantern Inn.

There are so many reasons to enjoy the great game of golf: competition, camaraderie, exercise, family interaction, a walk (or ride) in nature, and the ability to play for a lifetime, to name a few.  Please bring a guest, a family member, or a business associate out with you to the golf course to create a more enjoyable  experience.
