| Milbank Country Club was founded in 1929 with sand greens. It was a nine-hole course owned by stockholders. During 1947-49, three grass greens each year were built. Jack Davenport expanded a slough to an 80 acre lake that was used for irrigation. During a drought in 1976, Bob Schreiner and member volunteers put in a fairway irrigation system. |

In February 1995, the shareholders sold the existing nine-hole golf course
and 75 acres to Randy and Robin Patnoe. An additional nine holes,
designed by Jack Davenport and developed by Marty Johnson ( |
